That’s the real challenge for many people.

I’ve done the extreme diets,the under 1,000 calorie days, and the endless cardio, only to regain the weight (and then some), not just once but multiple times. It wasn’t until I focused on building strength, fueling my body properly, and creating habits I could sustain that I finally stopped the cycle.

If your fat loss plan isn’t something you can maintain long-term, it’s not the right plan. The real win is keeping the results without feeling miserable.
