For years, I believed that being smaller would make me more happier, more worthy, and more confident.
I pushed my body to its limits…all for the validation I thought would come with a smaller number on the scale.
When I finally “got there,” do you know what I felt? Nothing.
No self-love, no peace, no happiness. Just exhaustion, hunger, and the realization that no amount of weight loss would fix what was happening inside.
It wasn’t until I decided to fuel my body, honor my health, and stop punishing myself that I truly started to feel worthy. Not because I looked a certain way, but because I chose to love myself as I am.
If you want to lose fat or change your body, do it for YOU. For your health, your energy, and your confidence not for others acceptance.
