👉Fueling gives you the energy to perform and recover.
👉Recovery is where the magic happens: Muscle growth, fat loss, and better performance.
When you combine these three, THAT’S when you start to see real, sustainable progress.
If you’re stuck, ask yourself:
👉 Are you training with intention?
👉 Are you eating to fuel your body?
👉 Are you giving yourself enough time to rest and recover?
