If I were to start my fitness journey all over again, here are 5 key advice I’d give myself:
1️⃣ Set clear goals – Whether it’s fat loss, muscle gain, or just getting stronger, having a clear direction will keep you focused.
2️⃣ Know where you’re at with nutrition – You can’t change what you don’t understand. Assess your current habits and make small, realistic changes that align with your goals.
3️⃣ Set realistic training goals – It’s not about doing the most. It’s about what you can commit to consistently. If that’s 3 days a week, make it count.
4️⃣ Quality over quantity – Doing more isn’t always better. Focus on proper form, controlled reps, and intentional effort for real results.
5️⃣ Stick to the plan & trust the process – Results take time. Stay consistent, be patient, and remember: small progress is still progress.
