Some more pics from Thailand Throwdown, where I was absolutely dying in every event.

Honestly, I was not ready for this comp. When I saw the workouts, I knew RX wasn’t happening for me this time (for this comp). I won’t lie… but there were a few moments when I thought about pulling out.

But then I reminded myself…Just show up and give it everything you’ve got. Even if I couldn’t handstand walk, I was gonna try until the very end.

No one starts out great. It’s okay to struggle, to feel out of your depth, and to not be there yet. What matters is that you keep showing up, because that’s how you get better.

A reminder for myself: Progress comes from trying, not from waiting until you’re “ready.” Keep going.

บอกตรงๆว่าไม่พร้อมเลยสำหรับแข่งนี้เลย ตอนเห็นเวิร์คเอาต์ก็รู้เลยว่า RX ยังไม่ใช่สำหรับเราในงานนี้ คือยากมากๆ เอาจริงๆก็มีmomentนึงที่อยากถอนตัวเหมือนกัน

แต่สุดท้าย เราเลือกที่จะลุยต่อ ทำให้ดีที่สุดเท่าที่ทำได้ ถึงจะทำแฮนด์สแตนด์วอล์คไม่ได้ ก็จะพยายามจนหมดเวลา

ไม่มีใครเก่งตั้งแต่เริ่มหรอก มันโอเคที่จะยังไปไม่ถึงเป้าหมายที่ตั้งเอาไว้ แต่สิ่งสำคัญคือการลงมือทำ ทุกความท้าทายคือโอกาสให้เราโตขึ้น
