Tracking doesn’t have to be obsessive.

I used to obsess over every bite, afraid of eating ‘too much’, constantly monitoring to keep calories as low as possible.

But now, tracking looks totally different for me. Instead of restriction, it’s about making sure I’m actually nourishing my body enough to support my goals, my workouts, and my well-being.

Learning to listen to my body and eat for strength, energy, and balance has been a game changer.

Tracking doesn’t have to be about control. But this is only up to you to make that mindset shift.
