What an inspiration 👏👏👏 fit over 60.
In person + online nutrition coaching.
I saw Andrew for 3 months, and then he went travelling for 3 months (yes, it's still possible to get results doing home workouts).
Age is really just a number. And it's never “too late” to start lifting weights. Andrew had never lifted weights before.
Prior to training, his doctor was concerned with his blood work and overall health. Andrew came in with lots of aches and pains, and we were quite limited to what we could and couldn't do, but we worked around it and found what felt good for him at the time and progressed from there.
6 months later:
✅ Gained muscle & dropped a few pants sizes
✅ Moving better (more mobile)
✅ Improved golf performance
✅ Improved endurance
✅ Improved overall health
I am super proud and excited to see Andrew get stronger and improve his golf swings even more ⛳
This truly makes me happy for him, and this always reminds me why I do what I do ☺️
