ได้เข้ามาเปิดองค์กรแบบงง ๆ ตอนนั้นอายุ 25 ปี ชีวิตอยู่แต่กองถ่ายมาตลอด ไม่เคยรู้เลยว่าเปิดบริษัทคืออะไร ทำยังไง ต้องมีคนแค่ไหน… พอเปิด คนเริ่มสมัครเข้ามา จำได้เลย ผู้ปกครองท่านหนึ่งได้มากระซิบบอกในค่ายแรกว่า “ต่อไปต้องมีเด็ก ๆ สมัครมาจนล้นแน่” ไอ้เราก็ยังคิดอยู่ว่า… หรอ? มันดีเหรอถึงพูดแบบนี้…

ไม่นานหลังจากนั้น ปล่อยค่ายออกไป 10 เดือน… เต็มจนล้นจริง ๆ 24 ชั่วโมงแรก 500 กว่าที่เต็ม! แถมมี waiting list ยาวเหยียดจนคนแซวว่ายิ่งกว่าบัตรคอนเสิร์ต คราวนี้ละ จะเป็นผู้นำไม่รู้เรื่องไม่ได้แล้ว ไปเรียนโทต่อ ไปเรียนครูดำน้ำอีก ศึกษาการบริหารจากตรงโน้นที ตรงนี้ที สักพักเริ่มมีบริษัทยักษ์ใหญ่ติดต่อมา จำได้ว่าช่วงนั้นเสี่ยงเซียมซี และใบเขียนว่า “จะทำงานชิ้นโบว์แดง ที่จะกลายเป็นงานหลักในอนาคต” จำขึ้นใจเลย ไม่อยากจะเชื่อ ทุกวันนี้ทำงานกับกระทรวงต่าง ๆ เข้าไปพบผู้ใหญ่ และนำเสนอในห้องประชุมระดับประเทศ เพื่อสร้างกระบวนการเรียนรู้สิ่งแวดล้อมให้กับเยาวชน เราได้มาช่วยพัฒนาประเทศ!! ได้เจอกับลูกค้าใหญ่ ๆ แบรนด์ระดับท็อป ๆ ของประเทศมาร่วมสนับสนุน บางที่พาผู้บริหารมาเรียนกับ EEC เพื่อเอาไปสานต่ออีกด้วย! เราไม่ได้เล่าด้วยความคิดจะอวด แต่เล่าด้วยความภูมิใจและแปลกใจว่ามาถึงได้ยังไง เพราะทั้งหมดนี้ไม่ใช่สิ่งที่ผมคิดว่าจะเกิดขึ้นเลย

ทำงานตรงนี้ จะไม่ได้ร่ำรวยอย่างที่หลาย ๆ คนคิด มันต้องสู้อยู่ตลอด เห็นคนนู้นคนนี้ทำธุรกิจ รวยไปแล้ว ทำงานน้อยกว่าพวกเราเยอะ สบายกว่าเราเยอะ ไม่ต้องเจอกับอะไรมากมายเหมือนเรา เอ๊ะ… หรือเลือกอาชีพผิด? หรือจะเป็นอย่างที่เขากล่าว “ทำงานด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมเลี้ยงตัวเองไม่ได้” ไม่อ่ะ เราไม่เชื่อ และเราจะทำทุกอย่างที่จะทำได้ให้องค์กรยั่งยืน เพราะเกิดมาครั้งหนึ่ง… value ชีวิตไม่ได้วัดที่ตัวเลขอย่างเดียว… มันวัดที่คุณค่าที่คุณได้สร้างด้วย… นี่แหละคุณค่าชีวิตผม @eecthailand

วันนี้ครบรอบ 10 ปี EEC จาก 25 วันนี้ผม 35 เเล้ว ... ผมเติบโตกับที่นึ้จริงๆ ขอบคุณทุกท่านที่เคยได้ร่วม ได้รัก ได้เกี่ยวข้องกับพวกเรา… พวกเราอยู่ได้เพราะทุกคน รักด้วยหัวใจ❤️❤️

ผมและศูนย์สิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา (EEC) ได้พาเหล่าผู้ใช้ฟอร์จูนเนอร์ตัวจริง มาร่วมเรียนรู้และสัมผัสธรรมชาติ ผ่านห้องเรียนธรรมชาติ ที่ให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการดูแลพื้นที่สีเขียวและการสำรวจไลเคน พร้อมเปิดมุมมองใหม่ๆ เกี่ยวกับการอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างสมดุลระหว่างมนุษย์และธรรมชาติ

นอกจากนี้ ผมยังได้สัมผัสประสบการณ์ขับขี่ Off-Road ที่ทั้งมันส์และท้าทายสุดๆ บอกเลยว่าเป็นอีกหนึ่งประสบการณ์ที่ทำให้ทริปนี้ยิ่งน่าจดจำสำหรับผมมากๆครับ

From hiking through lush forests to reaching the "highest point of Siam," every moment reminded us of the beauty and peace that nature offers. We stargazed under a blanket of stars, learned about the local community's way of life, and wrapped up by reflecting on what we learned from nature and the community.

The "Sea Explorer: Sea Turtles, the Nomads of our Oceans" camp in Rayong is an activity where kids and parents have the chance to learn about sea turtles. We had the opportunity to dive and explore their natural habitat, while also gaining knowledge about conservation from experts. The students also visited the sea turtle nursery, where they learned how to check their health and treat diseases in sea turtles. It was an experience that helped us better understand how to care for and protect these incredible creatures. Thank you to all the families who participated in this activity.

And then of course our families ... Im the last of the 3 Rendell siblings to be married, from 5 of us to over 50 family members ❤️ our kids will be siblings, and in all Rendells, we take care of each other, a culture we must pursue... for me, success is not measured in wealth, but success is having a healthy family relationship... 2 healthy families have come together and we couldn't have asked for more.. we are lucky to be born in our households, and will never take that for granted! We did it! We have come soooo far and now we maintain ❤️ Love you all and you know it ❤️

Our beautiful bridesmaids, from the ring to the dresses and the suit, to all the organisations behind the scenes, beautiful speeches, you guys made it happen. We can really sense how happy you were for us, we can see that in the tears :) like my friend Um said to me at the wedding "your so lucky Jennys friends and their couples are super cool" and to the husbands, We got along since day 1, now our group have just doubled, Jenny always had you guys, and you always had her back... Now you ill do the same :) Love you guys 🫶

My Groomsmen - 30 years of friendship is underrated... we been together since we learned how to remember. We grew up together, our siblings were friends, we sometimes fought but we end up loving even more.... we got suspended but we graduated! we got a job, we got married and then we became fathers and uncles... and we have a love like no other.
