I was excited to recently join my 5 fellow mentors and 12 mentees in Frankfurt, Germany as a part of the Merz Aesthetics Emerging Global Leaders Program (EGLP). An 18-month mentorship initiative that aims to support the growth of global medical aesthetic experts. Through engaging workshops and immersive experiences, they gained valuable insights into the importance of presence, authenticity, and collaboration in the aesthetics field. I look forward to nurturing the growth and achievements of my wonderful mentees: Dr. Mladen Dudukovic @dudukovicmd and Dr. Punyaphat Sirithanabadeekul in the months ahead.
