👉 Running doesn't send the signal for muscle growth, which is essential if you want that “toned” appearance.
Incorporate resistance training to build and preserve muscle. Not only will this help sculpt your body, but it’ll also improve your metabolism and long-term fat loss.

👉 Calorie is king, but quality of food matters too. Simply eating fewer calories without considering nutrition density can lead to deficiency, low energy and poor recovery.
I used to focus too much on calories and consume barely any protein. No wonder I wasn’t building any muscle.
Eat to fuel your body so you can preform and recover well.

👉 Many people stay in constant calorie deficit, which eventually because their maintenance because the body adapts and stops responding. Periods of bumping up your calories is importing for allowing the body to recover and prioritize building muscle.

Lean to fuel your body properly is extremely important for long-term results. Also understand that it’s going to take time, and you need to be patient with the process.
