Pull-Ups - A love hate relationship 💀

Never thought I’d be adding an extra 15kg plate on top of my bodyweight 🫣

Pull-ups are one of the most challenging bodyweight exercises, but with consistency and the right progression, you can get there too 💪

Here are my top tips:
👉 Use bands or assistance
👉 Practice eccentrics (slow on the way down)
👉 Add rows / pull downs to strengthen your back
👉 Be patient, keep practicing.
If you want to get good at pull ups, you gotta do more pull ups.
