12 Weeks ✅ Meet Ying!
Before working with me, Ying was already active, enjoying group classes like spin, HIIT, Pilates, and barre. As you can see, she was already fit and strong 💪 but she wanted to take it to the next level.
Her goal? Drop body fat, learn about nutrition and strength training.
