Sometimes it’s not the big things, but the small things that could be holding us back.

➡️ Bites & nibbles - Those little bites while cooking or small snacks throughout the day might seem like nothing but they can add up very quickly without realizing.
You could be consuming hundreds of extra calories that aren’t being tracking, slowing down/stalling your progress.

➡️ Overeating “HEALTHY” foods - Just because something is healthy, it doesn’t mean it’s a free pass to eat unlimited amounts. Foods like nuts, avocado, and smoothies are nutrient dense but also calorie dense. Portion control still matters.

➡️ Relying on cardio for fat loss - Cardio still should be included as part of your healthy lifestyle. But when it comes to fat loss, strength training will help you build muscle, increasing your metabolism and burn more calories at rest.
It will also give you that “toned” look you’re probably looking for.
