Did you know… that their pattern is unique, just like our finger prints are to us? Also, they are home bodies that like to remain in the same area most of their lives. Can totally relate!

Though we saw two beautiful leopard sharks last week, their populations are in decline. Sharks are an important part of the marine ecosystem — keeping a balanced healthy world down under. The main cause of their disappearance? Overfishing. As for their fins, body, or as by catch.

All us beautiful peeps, what can we do? We can avoid seafood (commercial fishing) or support local fishermen, no shark fin soup or any shark products, help push for #MPA marine protected areas and contribute to citizen science!
