Three days of deep retreat … and my husband @otechab and I are leaving Taipei with a full heart!

We always knew Taiwan had a special energy … but experiencing its spiritual and wellness community was not just transformative … it’s a fusion of new practices I never expected.

Sweet @dannyywen he’s always shared how meditation changed his life … and I knew he had a studio in Taipei offering workshops and classes … but I didn’t realize how powerful they would be.

From guided sound healing with the sounds of nature … angelic voices whispering in our ears through immersive headphones with tunes of a baby’s heartbeat .. and yes he was there with us (see pic) … to titanium bowls that carried a lighter sound but penetrated deep inside like never before … to meditation that grounded everything into stillness.

One session that really moved me was led by Danny as he guided a reflection between me and Ote that made me see the space between us in a way I hadn’t before … ✌️✌️

This space @infinium.tw … this community … and the people leading it … there’s something truly precious here .. it’s about the strong intention that everyone has .. to give!

Oh! And definitely the spot for red light therapy if you’re into it … my first time experiencing it and I already know I need more
