I just wrapped up an incredible meditation retreat at Infinium Meditation Center, a beautifully curated space for deep inner work. Over the weekend, I immersed in powerful sound healing, mindfulness, and meditation sessions that left an impact.

Each sound journey was unique—Whitemoon and Jessica’s session blended nature’s sounds with guided meditation, making me realize how disconnected I’ve become from the natural world, and how I had normalized the constant assault of city noise on my mental well-being.
Ashley’s singing bowls and Atisha’s titanium bowls carried deep, resonant energy that felt incredibly healing. Atisha’s handpan session was a highlight and has inspired me to learn the instrument as part of my practice.
Yoanna’s mindfulness session deepened my understanding of Vipassana meditation, reminding me that mindfulness is about observing, not controlling.

In @dannyywen ‘s thoughtfully crafted sanctuary, I witnessed how intention shapes space. The studio’s immaculate design mirrors the depth of his practice, and through his teacher’s insights, I began to understand meditation not just as practice,
but as a growth process. A key lesson: We often focus too much on the outcome and forget to be present in the process. Just like in relationships—do we dwell on the breakup or cherish and grow from the years of happiness?

I came in thinking I was an empty glass, ready to be filled, but soon realized we always bring preconceptions. That in itself was a realization, and a lesson I take back with me in how I approach learning, growth, and presence.

Grateful for this experience and highly recommend Infinium to anyone looking for a space to reconnect with themselves.
