Bulking (building) phase is not as easy as it sounds.

Going through a bulk is not an excuse to eat whatever you want, but it’s a strategic phase where you give your body the fuel it needs to build more muscle mass, improve strength and performance and optimize recovery and long term progress.

The mistake I made before was trying to stay in a deficit forever, and wondered why I wasn’t growing muscles or getting any stronger.

You want to treat bulking just like a deficit, but in reverse. You still want to track and making sure you’re eating well.

Successfully bulking means eating in a slight calorie surplus, prioritizing protein and nutrients dense foods, and continue training consistently with progressive overload.

The result? Once you cut, you will start to reveal more muscles 💪

Don’t fear the bulk. But also make sure you have a PLAN.
