If there’s one thing I know for certain in this world, is that birds are meant to be free! How can we put such beauty in a cage?

On a similar note, in light of World Migratory bird day..let’s talk about migratory birds! They can travel 27,000km, and at 48kmh to reach their destination. With this speed…they take around 533 hours, or say if 8 hours a day then 66 days to reach their hot spot. Now that’s just impressive. What’s more, is that they are great navigators, using the stars, sun, AND earth’s magnetic field to figure out direction, and they usually return to where they were born (thank you info kaytee.com). Gosh they’re so aahhhmazing.
