Everything today just went wrong😑

As a perfectionist, it bothers me a lot. I don’t get angry easily, but when I do, I need to get rid of it FAST. Meditation isn’t for me.

This workout was not planned, I needed to let off some steam before going home. Threw in a quick 3 rounds workout for myself.

I hate going to bed angry, so this is how I let off some steam.

Slamming some slam balls helps 👍

How do you deal? We’re all human, I’m sure guys you get angry too 🫣
