After four years of detention, prisoner Tony Zanchi convinces the authorities hes capable of a day job in a dairy, but the penitentiary staff is skeptical that he can survive the demands and restrictions of life on the outside and retain his privileges.
Tony doesnt respond well to structure or other peoples rules, but somehow hes defined his own ethical guidelines and applies them to the people whose relationships he comes to understand with unexpected insight about the real nature of freedom.
