Orphaned as a child, Lolita is sent to live with her uncle’s family in a magnificent haveli, a loving home desperately trying to defy the passage of time.

Next door lives Shekhar, a budding musician and son of an affluent, ambitious businessman. Lolita and Shekhar, together through childhood and adolescence, share their joys and sorrows. Unknown to them, this bonding metamorphosizes into a love so intense that they did not see it coming.
