The disc and rim brake debate; I embrace the new technology but that doesn’t mean the old tech is bad. They just have different applications. I keep all my bikes in tip-top condition. My old-trusty Tarmac SL6 is super light, simple to live and travel with and certainly easier and cheaper to maintain. While the new Tarmac SL8 disc brake bike is faster aerodynamically and safer with more brake force at your disposal, it just requires much more expensive and complicated maintenance.

To have two bikes is a blessing and I make sure I ride them equally with love and care because they only give me peace and joy. Unlike having two women at the same time…trust me I know how that felt lol.
