A new accomplishment I never in a million years thought I could ever cross pass, if you know me you know how much I dislike cold waters🥶 But! Today “Personally” for me the hardest part wasn’t stepping into the ice bath but it was the breathwork part that got me a little panic (which I gotta practice on from now.🌬️) Anyway, I’m so very proud of myself and never felt this relaxed in a long time🙃🤍 Thank you Barry for gathering us all to do this together and Thank you @breath_inspired for this wonderful experience 🧊🤍
