“Why do you still train during your holidays”

It's a habit. I feel more energized after working out.
I'm not trying to “burn it off”. I just feel good after a good training session.

Even though it's not the same training intensity and I don't have all the equipment I need. Something is better than absolutely nothing.

Achieving health and fitness goals requires prioritizing them, planning ahead, and staying consistent.
When you do it long enough, it becomes natural, more automatic, and you don't have to even double think.
