Before and after the ride.

People ask why I love cycling since it’s probably the sport that I’ve done for the longest of time. For me, I love the process of breaking myself down to the vulnerable state then rebuilding myself back up and evolving into a stronger and fitter human being. It’s a sport that requires discipline and a strong mind to fight that voice in your head that’s telling you to stop when it feels like you are hurting yourself for no reason.

BUT WHY?!?

It’s painfully beautiful and somehow satisfying at the same time. Plus you come out on top physically and mentally stronger than ever in the process of doing that.

So, I think the real question here is…what’s not to love about cycling? Just remember once you start and you are hooked, you won’t ever stop.
