One of the officers shared a poignant story: born prematurely at seven months, his parents thought he was dead and placed him in a plastic bag. A passerby noticed movement, prompting them to rescue and clean him. Believing he wouldn’t survive, his parents prepared for burial at home, but he miraculously lived. Today, he serves other disabled children and their families, sharing his story as a beacon of hope and resilience. For many families, discovering a child’s disability can be devastating, but his survival story from a poor background is a testament to never giving up. 💪🏻
