An essential retreat in nature 💧 Despite being a work trip, I managed to find moments of play. Lately, life has been so busy, with one task after another, and while I’m grateful for the multitude of work opportunities in the city, my body has been craving for a deep connection with nature, so this quick beach excursion was much needed. The ocean has an inexplicable ability to rejuvenate and revitalize me, allowing my thoughts to flow freely. So here’s a gently reminder for all of you to remember to prioritize moments to reconnect with yourself and the natural world 🤲🏽🍃🌊
