Hosting sessions in Bangkok has been particularly meaningful, as it feels like a place where mindfulness is truly needed. Even for me, after spending two weeks back in the concrete jungle, I can already sense my body yearning for the embrace of nature. That's why we're excited to announce that our next sessions will take place at @peopleofaribkk on the 4th of June. It will be our last session in Bangkok before we start traveling again.
